Okay! My intention for this post is no sugar coating, no rose coloured glasses and no mincing my words. I shall tell you and tell you STRAIGHT!
Pregnancy is hard. Wait!
Pregnancy is HARD!!
# There are and will be all sorts of aches from your forever complaining muscles. 
# Nausea, that springs at you JUST when you're about to take a bite of your favorite food which will eventually become your LEAST favourite food.
# Hormones that will take from being in Hansel and Gretels' house made with candies to the lakes of fire and then to a land which knows no happiness!
# NOTHING will fit you anymore! Your wardrobe will scream for new clothes!
# You'll start missing feet because you wouldn't be able to see them, your baby belly will be blocking your view.
# Snails will overtake. InFACT if you'll look carefully, you might even find a few mocking your walk!
# Sleep will refuse to befriend!
# Apprehensions will take over your life like leech stuck to you on a holiday.
                          BUT!!
It CAN be done right! So here's what you can and you MUST do !
# LET people around you pamper you. Hey! You ARE growing a person. You've EVERY right to queen up a little!
# Listen to your favourite music, even if you can't dance! Your baby will be doing the dancing. You'll feel the kicks.
# MEET your friends! Catch up with them at least once a week. Here's an idea HAVE compulsory coffee Fridays!!
# Meditate! Breaaatheeee in breaaatheeee out! Relaxxxxxxx! Do NOT let those pesky hormones take over your mind.
# Walkkkkkk till it becomes your saviour!
# Go shopping!! You have an excuse! Nothing fits you! Wink wink!
# If your reports are all okay, do NOT miss out on ANY social dos. You'll regret later. I attended 5 weddings during mine!! It will do you more good than bad.
# KEEP your doctor in the loop! Trouble her will the littlest of aches or uneasiness! Hey you do pay consultation on every visit . . Make use of it!
# Thing happy things and happy things happen.
# Remember you're a magician and you're beautiful ! You are making LIFE!!
